The application might store personal data about two different categories of people:
- Users of the application such as survey administrators and report readers
- Respondents, people who respond to the survey
Common processes
In both cases we process personal data on behalf of our customer organization, the organization that is conducting the survey. The information is processed on secure servers and within the EU in alignment with our data processor agreement with each customer.
Information can be created, altered and removed by our customer through the user interfaces that we provide.
Users of the application
We process information regarding the users of the application to provide secure log in to the application, communication and reporting as well as customer service and support. For this use we are processing contact information, names, login information as well as IP of the users.
Respondents of the surveys
We process information regarding the respondents based on the type of survey. A survey conducted at location, on a website or through email / text messages. Besides location, date, contact information, names we can also process personal data provided by the respondent as part of the survey or additional personal information provided by our customer and in alignment with our personal data agreement.
Removing of personal data
You are entitled to have personal data removed from the system. Please note that the request to have personal data removed must be addressed to the owner of the personal data, which is our customer. It would not be legal or in accordance with our customer agreements to remove personal data based on personal requests from respondents.
